What you hold in your hands, is an incredible collection of occasions when the hand of an Almighty God reached down and touched the life of the author, Lou Roos. Reading these stories has caused a hunger in my spirit to see God’s work in my own life. I have realised how many opportunities I have missed to glorify Him for His gentle touch.

Lou shares some heart-breaking things, and wrong choices that he made, that many people would have kept from their readers.  To see how God even used the worst things that he did, to bring forth life, has touched me deeply.  He uses his own intimate style of writing to draw you into the miracles that he has experienced.

I met Lou when I was only ten years old, and he was twelve.  Our friendship has already lasted more than sixty years.  His outgoing personality and positive way of handling whatever life has thrown at him have been an inspiration to me. My prayer for you, the reader, is that this book will create a hunger in your heart for a closer walk with your heavenly Father and Saviour.
