Anneline de Hout published her début book Vuurwa-Taxi in 2016. It was also the very first Sela® publication. Vuurwa-Taxi is a true story of a miracle that took place in Cairo, Egypt, when the Lord sent His angels to rescue her. The English translation, Chariot-Taxi, and the workbooks that accompany the story in Afrikaans and English, followed in short succession after that.

In 2021, Anneline published Showcase/Vertoonkas, sharing life lessons she has learned and stories from her own life using the ornaments found in her showcase as a thread throughout the book.

She began a new journey in 2022 with the Uncover series. The series of manuals are designed to help readers understand the basics through a practical application of the Hebrew alphabet, which is the foundation of learning Hebrew. Together with the books in the series, Anneline has designed various visual and practical aids to help you learn the Hebrew alphabet.

Anneline is a woman of diversity, she is a wife and mother as well as the Project Manager and Administrator of Sela. She loves to be surrounded by nature. Her friends know her as a creative, using different forms of expression in different seasons of her life.

Her prayer is “Abba Father, may Your Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven, and may Your Name be glorified.” Anneline’s heart for ministry is to be involved in prayer, intercession and worship, tapping into the corporate anointing and prayers of agreement. Her passion is to teach the truths of the Word through workshops and by daily interactions in life.
